On 9th July 2022, we held a chocolate making workshop, in collaboration with Earn & Learn Cell. Asst. Prof. Sabina Pathan was the trainer of the workshop who trained students about chocolate making and Conversion of Raw material into finished products. Students of different departments actively participated and showed PPT of different market executives.
Objectives
The main objective of this workshop is to reduce the gap between academic and industry and also to develop entrepreneurial skills.
Activities Conducted Under
Chocolate Making Workshop was conducted where students develop the skill of chocolate making and Conversion of Raw material into finished products. Students of different departments actively participated and showed PPT of different market executives.
All the students acquired detailed knowledge about the production process and different industry positions in the marketing arena.
The workshop was very informative and interactive.
